Difference between love and attraction

“When you love someone, all your saved-up wishes start coming out”

 After experiencing a truly loving relationship, I can now clearly differentiate between true love and mere attraction. What is the difference? In his article, I will demonstrate a few key points that illustrate the difference:

·         Love is acceptance of who you are as an individual; attraction without love desires your lover to live up to all your expectations.

·         Love is being flexible if your lover forgets to wash the dishes or sleeps in late; attraction without love blames and criticizes when the other person doesn't do what you expect or want.

·         Love is about being ok with going home early if your lover is tired- there is always another day; attraction without love creates a scene when it's needs are not being met.

·         Love is about quitting, or trying to quit smoking if it deeply bothers your lover and hurts your health; attraction without love seeks to show its independence and prove that it "cannot be controlled".

·         Love does not keep a scorecard and does not hold grudges; attraction without love is vindictive, critical, and competitive.

·         Love is not rigid, it is flexible and formless; attraction without love is strict, defined, and black and white.

·         Love does not see a you and me, but only us; attraction without love is all about the you separate and divided from the me.

·         Love gives; attraction without love takes as much as it gives.

·         Love is ephemeral; attraction without love is material

Success and Failure

Success is to go forward in life. It means to succeed with or without anyone’s help. Some say that success is time dependent. Some say that success is only in some people's luck. People try to achieve success by pulling other people down.

What is the exact meaning of success? Is it to earn more money in whatever work or field you are in or is it to get appreciation for the work you have done. This still remains a question without any answer.

There is a saying that behind every man's success there is a woman. Success can be achieved by any means, like in education, dance, singing, writing, painting, publishing and many more ways.

Along with success there comes another term into consideration and that if failure. Even the most successful person can go through a failure in his life. To achieve something you always have to loose something. That something can be anything like respect, money. Failure is a part of life which teaches you how to grow. It has a positive and negative side of life.

Some people take it as a challenge in life while some others take it as a downfall in life and never try to come up in their life. The people who take it as a challenge may face many problems but those who overcome these problems only are called successful people.

Benjamin Franklin has said that there are no gains without pains. This means that you can’t gain anything without sacrificing anything. Take an example: A student always stands first in his class. He only memorizes his lessons without understanding the subject and gives his exams. Another student only manages to pass in his exams but has understood and gained knowledge and meaning of the subject he studied. Which student is more successful ?

This question is still left unanswered. Finally I would conclude with a saying of Albert Schweitzer that Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful. This has been my success mantra of life which not only makes me satisfied in my work but also makes me love my work.

I am very lucky because I pursuing my MBA from Skyline College that’s why I have the opportunity to writing here blog about my college which is known as the name of Skyline Business School, the SBS is the leading college of MBA, Skyline is an A+ institute (2009) and it ranks as 54th according to the C Fore reports. In the college campus also have some campus sports like, Table Tennis, Pool. 

Now talking about the faculties of Skyline College, I glad to write here that skyline college is famous for the best faculty, all the faculty have rich experience and they all are done MBA from best college’s of India like IIM’S, ICFAI, and other top 10 B School of India. But professors are not simply experts in their fields. They are also expert at passing on their skills. At Skyline, our faculty’s talent in the classroom is as important as their ability to generate an interest in students to excel.
If we talking about the college placement then college is providing good placement of their students many of good brand companies visited their campus, even in the time of recession college gave the placement of their students that time no one like this college is giving the placement in that recession period, now market is booming then slightly college campus placement is also going on. If talk about till now placement then many of good companies visited their campus and they also hired some students. 

Over 225 companies visit the Skyline Campus for final placement of its students. The top recruiters were Energetic Lighting, Citi Bank and Skyhealers India. With Hospitality & Tourism, IT & ITES, Consulting and Banking & Finance being the top four sectors placing over 40% of the students.
